 I hope I don’t have to remind you all to please insure your properties as you acquire them.  The additional fees are nominal compared to what you will have to pay in the event the property catches fire, floods, gets wind damaged or worse,  completely destroyed in an earthquake.

According to our current deal, property #10036 should appraise for $117k and I told everyone I could get it for $79, 500.

Here is the deal as it stands today:

Agreed upon price – $74,600

Appraised price – $113,000

 As you can see, I was successful in talking them down by almost 5 thousand, however, it is worth 4 thousand less than expected.  Hopefully, we will be closing tomorrow.

Next, we have to flip the property!
