If you can get away with buying a property without spending one dime of your own money, you will have stumbled upon a great truth that few real estate investors know. You get rich faster by using the bank’s money instead of your own.
Few investors get this right as timing is off, or they don’t recoup the money fast enough, or they just don’t get the money from the banks. This is why I am using LendingTree Mortgage and Home Equity Loans
